  • 1/2 lb
    seedless grapes
  • 1 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice
  • 8
    whole allspice berries
  • 8
    whole cloves
  • 1
    stick of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Pickled Grapes


  1. clean grapes, remove from stem and place in container
  2. in a small sauce pan add the vinegar, OJ, spices and salt. Bring to a aimmer, remove from heat and pour over grapes.
  3. close cover and place in the refrigerator overnight but they are best after 5 days in the brine.
