Ingredients
- 7 cups unpeeled cucumbers, sliced thin
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon mustard seed
- red pepper flakes, to your desired hotness
How To Make pickled cucumbers

Step 1In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, onions, bell peppers and salt. Set aside

Step 2Put vinegar, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool for 1 hour.

Step 3Pour vinegar mixture over cucumber mixture. Add red pepper flakes. Place in jars. Store in refrigerator. Keeps for 2 months.
