This is a dip that the girls in pharmacy would make for the nurses' on Nurse Day.

Ingredients

2 can(s)
white corn, drained
4 oz
pimento peppers, drained and diced
1 can(s)
diced green chiles, drained
1 c
mayonnaise
1 c
sour cream

green onions, chopped

jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
1/4 tsp
red pepper
8 oz
shredded mexican blend cheese

Step-By-Step

1The day before mixing, drain the corn, pimento, and green chiles.
2Blend together the mayonnaise, sour cream, green onions, jalapenos, red pepper, and shredded cheese.
3Combine corn mixture with mayonnaise mixture. Chill. Serve with frito scoops.
