penny's quiche
This is a recipe given to me by a Great Aerobics Instructor in Our Health Club years ago, She died shortly before I retired, its Quick and very easy I make it with fresh spinach in Fried onion and garlic add mushroom ( when cleaning your spinach and mushrooms dry WELL don't make it too watery, its very flexable you can add your own salt and pepper i love it the way it is I eat it with a Very healthy Salad, or arugala salad

Ingredients
- PENNY'S QUICHE
- 1 ready made crust
- 8 ounces swiss cheese
- 10 ounces chopped spinach (frozen) well drained
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 2 tablespoons sifted flour
How To Make penny's quiche

Step 1Add ALL ingredients and mix well,

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, until Brown on top
