Ingredients
- 12 ounces frozen peas, thawed
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- salt
- 1 baguette, cut into 20 pieces
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
How To Make pea pesto crostini

Step 1Place the peas, garlic, lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, and Parmesan in a food processor. Process drizzling in the olive oil until the desired consistency is achieved. Taste and add salt.

Step 2Turn the broiler on high and lay the crostini on a baking pan and toast under the broiler about 3 minutes per side. Remove from oven.

Step 3Spread the pea pesto on the toast and top with the cherry tomatoes.
