Ingredients

  • 10-14 ounces frozen peas, cooked, still slightly firm, cool
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 1 can (small) spanish peanuts (about 1 1/2 - 2 cups)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt or more to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon horseradish or more to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise

How To Make pea and peanut salad/appetizer

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients and chill before serving.
  • Step 2
    Very similar to recipe served in well known retaurant in Battle Creek, Michigan.
