Ingredients
- 10-14 ounces frozen peas, cooked, still slightly firm, cool
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1 can (small) spanish peanuts (about 1 1/2 - 2 cups)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt or more to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon horseradish or more to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise

Step 1Combine all ingredients and chill before serving.
