Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into medium sized florets
- salt
- peanut oil, for deep frying
- 1 cup flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- ranch dressing, for dip or any dip you want
How To Make parmesan crusted cauliflower

Step 1Place salt in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Add the cauliflower and boil for about 7 minutes. Drain and let cool a bit.

Step 2Set up a dredging station. Place flour in one shallow dish, eggs beaten with 2 Tbps of water water in another shallow dish, and mix the Panko and Parmesan in a third shallow dish.

Step 3Bring the peanut oil to 350 degrees. Roll the cauliflower florets in the flour.

Step 4Then dip in the egg then the Panko Parm mixture.

Step 5Deep fry until golden brown. Serve with your favorite dip.
