Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into medium sized florets
  • salt
  • peanut oil, for deep frying
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • ranch dressing, for dip or any dip you want

How To Make parmesan crusted cauliflower

  • Step 1
    Place salt in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Add the cauliflower and boil for about 7 minutes. Drain and let cool a bit.
  • Step 2
    Set up a dredging station. Place flour in one shallow dish, eggs beaten with 2 Tbps of water water in another shallow dish, and mix the Panko and Parmesan in a third shallow dish.
  • Step 3
    Bring the peanut oil to 350 degrees. Roll the cauliflower florets in the flour.
  • Step 4
    Then dip in the egg then the Panko Parm mixture.
  • Step 5
    Deep fry until golden brown. Serve with your favorite dip.
