Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons extra- virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 pounds fresh porcini mushroom, lightly brushed to remove any dirt
- 2 - ripe plum tomatoes, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint.
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh italian parsley
How To Make padellata di porcini/braised porcini mushrooms

Step 1Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and porcini and cook until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the tomatoes and italian seasoning and cook for another 2 minutes. Deglase with the wine, lightly season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes more. sprinkle with the herbs, toss and serve.
