Ingredients For padellata di porcini/braised porcini mushrooms

3 Tbspextra- virgin olive oil

3 clovegarlic, peeled and crushed
-
2 tspitalian seasoning
-
1 1/2 lbfresh porcini mushroom, lightly brushed to remove any dirt
-
2ripe plum tomatoes, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped
-
1/2 cdry white wine
-
salt and pepper to taste
-
1 Tbspchopped fresh mint.

1 Tbspchopped fresh italian parsley
How To Make padellata di porcini/braised porcini mushrooms

1Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and porcini and cook until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the tomatoes and italian seasoning and cook for another 2 minutes. Deglase with the wine, lightly season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes more. sprinkle with the herbs, toss and serve.
