My friend Jaime gave me this recipe....it has been a hit at every party I have made it for....YUMMY

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced black olives
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (as a binder)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 - loaf of bruschetta bread (sliced)
  • - salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make olive bruschetta

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together, spread mixture on the the bread. Place on baking sheet and under broiler until lightly browned and crispy
