Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    (4 oz) diced green chiles
  • 1 can(s)
    (4 oz) diced black olives
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise (as a binder)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    garlic, minced
  • 1
    loaf of bruschetta bread (sliced)
  • ·
    salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make Olive Bruschetta

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together, spread mixture on the the bread. Place on baking sheet and under broiler until lightly browned and crispy
