Ingredients
- 1 can 10oz. rotel original diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
- 2 cups refried beans
- 2 cups guacamole
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 - green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 1/4 ounces can sliced ripe olives, drained
- - kosher salt to decorate glasses
- - tortilla chips
How To Make ole fiesta dip

Step 1Reserve 1/4 cup diced tomatoes and green chilies. Stir together refried beans and remaining tomatoes and green chilies. Spoon refried bean mixture evenly into 4 - 8 to 9 oz margarita glasses or small bowl; press mixture on bottom and up sides of glasses, if desired. Layer eash glass with guacamole, cheese, the reserve 1/4 cup tomatoes and green chilies, green onion, sour cream, and olives.Decorate rim of glasses with kosher salt. Serve with tortilla chips
