I like this dip and how nice it looks. This is an old recipe from a magazine.

Ingredients

  • 1 can 10oz. rotel original diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 2 cups refried beans
  • 2 cups guacamole
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 - green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 1/4 ounces can sliced ripe olives, drained
  • - kosher salt to decorate glasses
  • - tortilla chips

How To Make ole fiesta dip

  • Step 1
    Reserve 1/4 cup diced tomatoes and green chilies. Stir together refried beans and remaining tomatoes and green chilies. Spoon refried bean mixture evenly into 4 - 8 to 9 oz margarita glasses or small bowl; press mixture on bottom and up sides of glasses, if desired. Layer eash glass with guacamole, cheese, the reserve 1/4 cup tomatoes and green chilies, green onion, sour cream, and olives.Decorate rim of glasses with kosher salt. Serve with tortilla chips
