Onion Dip...YUK! NO WAY! This is a hit every where I take it. Does not look so appetizing but people rave. Because of the cheese this is greasy, but no one seemed to care :) Enjoy * This would be perfect in a small crock pot to keep warm, this dip is much better warm!

Ingredients

  • 3 large
    onions ( i like vidalia)
  • 1 c
    mayo ( must be hellmanes) it makes a differance
  • 1
    swiss chees brick (1 lb)
  • 1
    freanch bread loaf

How to Make OH SO YUMMY ONION DIP

Step-by-Step

  1. Slice onions into rings. Place in Large bowl and add mayo. Mix well.Shred Swiss into bowl. Mix well with onion mixture. Grease a Baking dish well! Add onion mixture. bake @ 350 about 40 to 50 minutes or hot and bubbly and slightly brown. While cooking rip french bread up into pieces. Place pieces around dip dish for serving. (If you are taking this somewhere, rip bread up and put back into bread bag and tie up. All you do then is dump them out next to dip!)
