Ingredients
- 2 cans black-eyed peas
- 2 cans white shoepeg corn or southwestern corn
- 1 large tomato
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 large red pepper
- 1 large yellow pepper
- 1 large orange pepper
- 1 large purple onion
- 1 tablespoon greek or italian seasoning (your taste)
- 1 bottle italian dressing
How To Make new years dip

Step 1Rinse and drain peas and corn; place in large bowl. Dice vegetables; add. Add seasoning, salt and pepper and bottle of salad dressing. Stir til well combined.

Step 2This is best if made the day before and refrigerator to allow the flavors to blend. Serve with Tortilla chips or crackers.

Step 3You can make this your own by adding anything to your liking. If I have cilantro on hand; it usually goes in.
