Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 3 cups fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Step 1Cook bacon crisp in skillet, reserve 2 T drippings. Crumble and set aside. Cook mushroom, onion, and garlic to tender in drippings, most of the liquid should evaporate. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add cream cheese, Worcestershire and soy sauce. Heat and stir until cheese is melted. Stir in sour cream and bacon. Heat through but DO NOT BOIL. Serve warm on rye bread rounds or crackers.
