Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 2 - 8 oz. packages crescent rolls
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dill, dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - broccoli florets
  • - cauliflower, florets
  • - carrots
  • - or whatever other vegetables you would like
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make *** mom's vegetable pizza ***

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    In a jelly roll pan, roll out crescent rolls to cover bottom. Pinch together seams. Bake 13 - 17 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Step 3
    In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, dill & garlic powder; mix well. Spread over cooled crust, chill 1 hour.
  • Step 4
    Add broccoli, cauliflower, carrots (or whatever else you may be using). Sprinkle cheddar cheese over all. Cut & serve.
