Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- - flour
- - margarine, softened
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, minced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1 - onion, chopped

Step 1Beat cream cheese, 1 1/2 c flour, and 1/2 c margarine until smooth. Shape into ball, cover and refrigerate 1 hour. In 10 inch skillet on med heat, take 3 T margarine and cook mushrooms and onion to tender. Stir in sour cream, salt, thyme and 2 T flour. Set aside. Roll half the dough to 1/8 inch thick on floured surface. With 2 3/4 inch round cookie cutter cut as many circles as possible. Repeat with all dough.

Step 2Oven to 450 degrees. On one half of each dough circle, put a teaspoon of mushroom mixture. Brush edges with egg, fold over filling and press edges with a fork to seal. Prick tops. Put onto ungreased cookie sheets, brush with egg. Bake 12-14 min to golden.
