Ingredients

  • 1 jar pimento peppers, drained and chopped
  • 12 ounces mushroom stems and pieces, drained
  • 1/2 cup wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon basil, dried
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 bottle worcestershire italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

How To Make marinated mushrooms

  • Step 1
    Put in a large jar. Shake. Once a day shake and turn jar upside down. Marinate for five days.
