zesty italian salad dressing
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp
dried basil
1/2 tsp
dried oregano
1/2 tsp
minced garlic
12 oz
(about 3 cups) cheddar or jack cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
red bell peppers, ct into 3/4-inch pieces
1 can(s)
(14 oz) whole pitted ripe olives or green olives

How to Make Marinated Cheese, Peppers and Olives


  • 1In a medium bowl, combine the salad dressing, lemon juice, basil, oregano and garlic. Mix well.
  • 2Add the remaining ingredients and Stir well to combine.
  • 3Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 12 hours to infuse the flavors.
