Ingredients

  • 1 cup zesty italian salad dressing
  • - juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 12 ounces (about 3 cups) cheddar or jack cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • 2 - red bell peppers, ct into 3/4-inch pieces
  • 1 can (14 oz) whole pitted ripe olives or green olives

How To Make marinated cheese, peppers and olives

  • Step 1
    In a medium bowl, combine the salad dressing, lemon juice, basil, oregano and garlic. Mix well.
  • Step 2
    Add the remaining ingredients and Stir well to combine.
  • Step 3
    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 12 hours to infuse the flavors.
