Ingredients
- 1 cup zesty italian salad dressing
- - juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 12 ounces (about 3 cups) cheddar or jack cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 2 - red bell peppers, ct into 3/4-inch pieces
- 1 can (14 oz) whole pitted ripe olives or green olives
How To Make marinated cheese, peppers and olives

Step 1In a medium bowl, combine the salad dressing, lemon juice, basil, oregano and garlic. Mix well.

Step 2Add the remaining ingredients and Stir well to combine.

Step 3Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 12 hours to infuse the flavors.
