This is great to eat as a dip, or better yet served with Tacos or Taco Salads...

Ingredients

  • 2
    ripe avocados, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    dukes mayonnaise {different mayo changes the taste}
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh sqeezed lime juice
  • 1
    clove garlic, minced
  • 1 dash(es)
    texas pete
  • 1large pinch
    chili powder

How to Make Lynn's Guacamole

Step-by-Step

  1. Mash avocados with fork in small bowl, then add the remaining ingredient and mix well. Chill. Serve with Crackers or Tortilla's, Garnish with diced red tomatoes, makes for a nice Christmas presentation.
  2. I also serve this with colored corn chips.
