We have a Halloween potluck on our street and this is a naturally sweet treat to go with the chili, chips, cornbread, and other delicious items. Always a hit when I take it to Bunco or other potlucks.

Ingredients For low calorie pumpkin dip gluten free

  • 1) CAN
    pumpkin puree
  • 1) 8 OZ oz
    cream cheese, low fat or nuefachel
  • 1) pkg
    vanilla instant pudding
  • 1) c
    cold milk lower calorie
  • 3 Tbsp
    allspice
  • 1/3 c
    maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • graham crackers
  • celery
  • biscotti
  • pecans or other nuts

How To Make low calorie pumpkin dip gluten free

  • 1
    SOFTEN the cream cheese in a bowl, add apices and syrup, beat with a mixer til smooth
  • 2
    Add pumpkin puree and beat.

    Add instant pudding and milk (your choice) to a mason jar and shake until well blended. Let sit for 5 minutes in the fridge
  • 4
    Pour or spoon the pudding into the pumpkin mixture. Blend it in well.

    Place in a serving bowl and chill. Serve with your choice of graham crackers, biscotti, celery or other ideas you come up with.
