We have a Halloween potluck on our street and this is a naturally sweet treat to go with the chili, chips, cornbread, and other delicious items. Always a hit when I take it to Bunco or other potlucks.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, low fat or nuefachel, room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 package sugar-free cheesecake instant pudding
  • 1 cup lower calorie cold milk
  • pecans or other nuts
  • graham crackers
  • biscotti
  • celery

How To Make low calorie pumpkin dip gluten free

  • Step 1
    Combine the cream cheese, allspice, salt, and syrup in a bowl. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Add the pumpkin puree and beat.
  • Step 3
    Add the instant pudding and milk to a mason jar and shake until well blended. Let sit for 5 minutes in the fridge.
  • Step 4
    Pour or spoon the pudding into the pumpkin mixture. Blend it in well.
  • Step 5
    Place in a serving bowl and chill. Top with pecans or other nuts, if desired. Serve with your choice of graham crackers, biscotti, celery, or other ideas you come up with.
