We have a Halloween potluck on our street and this is a naturally sweet treat to go with the chili, chips, cornbread, and other delicious items. Always a hit when I take it to Bunco or other potlucks.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, low fat or nuefachel, room temperature
- 3 tablespoons allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 1 package sugar-free cheesecake instant pudding
- 1 cup lower calorie cold milk
- pecans or other nuts
- graham crackers
- biscotti
- celery
How To Make low calorie pumpkin dip gluten free

Step 1Combine the cream cheese, allspice, salt, and syrup in a bowl. Beat with a mixer until smooth.

Step 2Add the pumpkin puree and beat.

Step 3Add the instant pudding and milk to a mason jar and shake until well blended. Let sit for 5 minutes in the fridge.

Step 4Pour or spoon the pudding into the pumpkin mixture. Blend it in well.

Step 5Place in a serving bowl and chill. Top with pecans or other nuts, if desired. Serve with your choice of graham crackers, biscotti, celery, or other ideas you come up with.
