I make this for every family gathering no matter the season, holiday or weather. Serve with Tortilla chips or fill soft/hard tacos too. Hope you like it!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans refried beans
  • 2 large green, red or yellow peppers chopped
  • 1 large vidalia onion chopped small
  • 1 jar 24 oz. favorite chunky salsa
  • 2 pints sour cream lite or reg. (fat free not recommended)
  • 1 pint finely shredded taco cheddar cheese
  • 1 large can black olives chopped
  • 4 small sliced jalapeno peppers
  • 2 large vine tomato chopped

How To Make lotta layer bean dip

  • Step 1
    9x11 inch pan. Spread Refried beans evenly on bottom of pan.
  • Step 2
    Pour Salsa over Refried Beans. Add chopped peppers, onions and jalapeno for next layer.
  • Step 3
    Plop large tablespoons full of sour cream for next layer. Carefully spread sour cream over chopped veggies.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle shredded cheese over sour cream.
  • Step 5
    Final layer add chopped olives and tomato over shredded cheese.
  • Step 6
    Cover and store in refridgerator for several hours or over night.
