  • 2 medium
    red potatoes, baked or microwaved until tender
  • 4 slice
    bacon, cooked
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c
    blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream or sour cream and ranch mixed together
  • 3
    green onions sliced thin
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1
    pizza crust, or your homemade pizza crust

How to Make Loaded Baked Potato Pizza


  1. Preheat oven to 400.

    In a small bowl mix sour cream and sliced green onion. Spread over pizza crust.
  2. Slice potatoes thin and place over sour cream mixture. Sprinkle garlic, salt, and pepper over potatoes. Crumble bacon and sprinkle over pizza evenly. Sprinkle blue cheese, then cheddar, and monterary jack cheese.
  3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
