A great way to trick your kids into eating spinach and an even better party food

  • 10 oz
    frozen chopped spinach
  • 3/4 c
    shredded swiss cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated onion
  • 1
    egg beaten
  • 1/2 tsp

How to Make Lazy spinach balls


  1. Place package of spinach in the microwave, cook on high 4-5 minutes or until defrosted. Drain pressing down hard to extract as much liquid as possible.
  2. Mix the spinach well with cheeses and remaining ingredients.
  3. Shape into 1 inch balls using 1 1/2 teaspoons of mixture for each.
  4. Microwave for 2 minutes, reduce to half power microwave for 4 1/2 to 6 minutes. Serve
