Ingredients

frozen chopped spinach
3/4 c
shredded swiss cheese
2 Tbsp
grated parmesan cheese
1/4 c
dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp
grated onion
1
egg beaten
1/2 tsp
salt

How to Make Lazy spinach balls

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place package of spinach in the microwave, cook on high 4-5 minutes or until defrosted. Drain pressing down hard to extract as much liquid as possible.
  • 2Mix the spinach well with cheeses and remaining ingredients.
  • 3Shape into 1 inch balls using 1 1/2 teaspoons of mixture for each.
  • 4Microwave for 2 minutes, reduce to half power microwave for 4 1/2 to 6 minutes. Serve
