yield makes 4 cups dip

Ingredients

  • 1 package (10 oz. ) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 pint (16 oz) sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 can ( 8 oz ) water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
  • 3 - scallions, chopped (optional)

How To Make knorr classic spinach dip

  • Step 1
    Thaw spinach in microwave, and squeeze dry.
  • Step 2
    Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and soup mix until well blended.
  • Step 3
    Add chopped spinach, water chestnuts and scallions, mixing until well blended. Cover bowl, and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
