Karen's Famous Pickles
How to Make Karen's Famous Pickles
- Drain juice off of pickles and place them on paper towls. Blot pickles with the paper towels to dry them.
- Spread cream cheese around each pickle. Then wrap with the Buddig Brand Dried Beef. Place in fridge to chill at least 1 hour. Slice into 1/2 inch pieces and enjoy!
- *NOTE* It is VERY important to use the Buddig Brand Dried Beef!! Also, the pickles are an estimate. You may have some pickles left over, or cream cheese/dried beef left over. It just depends on the size of the pickles.
