Ingredients
- 2 jars whole dill pickles - not the spears and not the baby dills
- 2 packages 8 oz each cream cheese-at room temp
- 4 packages buddig dried beef - it is important to use the buddig brand!!
How To Make karen's famous pickles
-
Step 1Drain juice off of pickles and place them on paper towls. Blot pickles with the paper towels to dry them.
-
Step 2Spread cream cheese around each pickle. Then wrap with the Buddig Brand Dried Beef. Place in fridge to chill at least 1 hour. Slice into 1/2 inch pieces and enjoy!
-
Step 3*NOTE* It is VERY important to use the Buddig Brand Dried Beef!! Also, the pickles are an estimate. You may have some pickles left over, or cream cheese/dried beef left over. It just depends on the size of the pickles.
