These are soooooo easy to make. They are out of this world delicious and should be in a food group of their own! LOL We have tried different variations, but this always turns out to be the best! Where ever I take these I NEVER bring any home!

Ingredients

  • 2 jars whole dill pickles - not the spears and not the baby dills
  • 2 packages 8 oz each cream cheese-at room temp
  • 4 packages buddig dried beef - it is important to use the buddig brand!!

How To Make karen's famous pickles

  • Step 1
Drain juice off of pickles and place them on paper towls. Blot pickles with the paper towels to dry them.
  • Step 2
Spread cream cheese around each pickle. Then wrap with the Buddig Brand Dried Beef. Place in fridge to chill at least 1 hour. Slice into 1/2 inch pieces and enjoy!
  • Step 3
*NOTE* It is VERY important to use the Buddig Brand Dried Beef!! Also, the pickles are an estimate. You may have some pickles left over, or cream cheese/dried beef left over. It just depends on the size of the pickles.
