Ingredients
- 2 cups ap flour
- 2 large eggs, room temp beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup lukewarm water
How To Make jennifer's pierogi dough

Step 1In a medium bowl, combine eggs, salt and water, and add the flour.

Step 2Knead until dough is firm and well mixed.

Step 3Cover with an overturned bowl or loosely with plastic wrap and let rest 10 minutes to 1 hour.
