How to Make Jalapeno Poppers
- Take your jalapenos and cut the stem off then cut them length wise. Remove all the seeds. Stuff each half with cream cheese.
- Take your bacon strips and cut them in half then length wise. You will have four pieces for each strip of bacon. Wrap one bacon strip around each half of Jalapeno. Place on a sprayed cookie sheet. Place in a 400 degree oven for 30 min. or until bacon is crispy.
- While poppers are in the oven empty the jar of plum sauce into a bowl and heat in the microwave till liquid.
- Remove poppers from cookie sheet and place on a paper towel to remove any bacon grease. Serve with plum sauce on the side.
