Jalapeno Popper Toasts

April Dettmann

Made up this recipe because I didn't have enough jalapenos to make traditional jalapeno poppers and wanted a spicy side to go with tortilla soup. Hope you enjoy.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Yum! These are a great appetizer or could be a tasty side for your next Mexican meal. There's just enough jalapeno to give it a bite. Quick and easy to prepare, keep this mixture on hand in your fridge. Then, if you're looking for a snack or guests stop by you can whip these toasts up in no time. The Test Kitchen
