    bacon, cooked & diced
  • 24-30
    mushrooms, lager
  • 1/4 lb
    ground ham, cooked
  • 1
    tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 c
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1 c
    garlic croutons, crushed
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    oregano, fresh & minced

How to Make Italian Stuffed Mushrooms...


  1. Heat oven to 425F.In a hot skillet cook the bacon until crispy.Meanwhile remove mushroom stems from caps & set a side stems.Minced half the stems & discard the rest.
  2. Add minced stems to the pan with the bacon & drippings. Saute for 2 to 3 mins, remove from the heat & stir the remaining ingredients.
  3. Firmly stuff into the clean mushroom caps.Place in a greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake for 12 to 15 mins or until the mushrooms are tender.
