Quick & easy go to small meal. I use to make this a lot when I lived alone. I also use to make this & bring it to my mom's house on the weekends when we use to get together...

Ingredients
- 4 - bacon, cooked & diced
- 24-30 - mushrooms, lager
- 1/4 pound ground ham, cooked
- 1 - tomato, finely chopped
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup garlic croutons, crushed
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons parsley,minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano, fresh & minced
How To Make italian stuffed mushrooms...

Step 1Heat oven to 425F.In a hot skillet cook the bacon until crispy.Meanwhile remove mushroom stems from caps & set a side stems.Minced half the stems & discard the rest.

Step 2Add minced stems to the pan with the bacon & drippings. Saute for 2 to 3 mins, remove from the heat & stir the remaining ingredients.

Step 3Firmly stuff into the clean mushroom caps.Place in a greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.

Step 4Bake for 12 to 15 mins or until the mushrooms are tender.
