  • 4 - scallions diced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed

How To Make italian marinated brussels sprouts

  • Step 1
    Cook the brussels sprouts in boiling salted water until tender but still a little crisp. Drain and chill.
  • Step 2
    Mix the brussels sprouts will all ingredients and refrigerate for 24 hours.
  • Step 3
    Serve chilled or warmed
