I found this recipe in a newspaper 20 years ago and have been making it ever since.

Ingredients

  • 2 can(s)
    chick peas drained and rinsed
  • 3 clove
    garlic
  • 1
    lemon juiced
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon zest, grated
  • 1/2 c
    tahini
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    sea salt

How to Make Hummus

Step-by-Step

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender or food prosesser and blend till smooth. add a little water if it is too thick
  2. store in air tight container in the refriderator. You can add spices and herbs that you like. Try some fresh dill and a little paprika.
