Ingredients
- 2 cans chick peas drained and rinsed
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 - lemon juiced
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest, grated
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
How To Make hummus

Step 1Put all ingredients in a blender or food prosesser and blend till smooth. add a little water if it is too thick

Step 2store in air tight container in the refriderator. You can add spices and herbs that you like. Try some fresh dill and a little paprika.
