Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg
    dry vegtable soup mix
  • 10 oz
    frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
  • 14 oz
    can of artichoke hearts, chopped & drained
  • 12 oz
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    shredded parmesan cheese

How to Make Hot Spinach & Artichoke dip

Step-by-Step

  1. In a med bowl combine Cream Cheese, mayo, Soup mix together. Stir in Spinach, Artichoke Hearts and Mozzarella cheese. Put in a 2 quart baking dish and sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over the top.
  2. Bake 350 for 30 min or until lightly brown.
    Serve with toasted cocktail bread or Tortilla chips.
