hot spinach and artichoke dip
This recipe is so simple and very delicious! Serve with toritlla chips or your favorite bread. I often double this recipe as it goes really fast. And there is never any left over. It's THAT good! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 packages cream cheese softened
- 1 package frozen spinach-thawed and drained
- 1 can artichoke hearts- rinced and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese- grated
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese-shredded
- 2 cloves garlic-minced
How To Make hot spinach and artichoke dip

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Combine cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, garlic, and grated parmesan cheese in medium sized bowl. Mix until well blended.

Step 3Fold in spinach and chopped artichokes. Spead into ungreased casserole dish or 9" glass pie plate.

Step 4Top with shredded parmesan. Bake approx. 25-30 minutes until bubbling and top is lighted browned. Serve Hot!
