hot spinach and artichoke dip

This recipe is so simple and very delicious! Serve with toritlla chips or your favorite bread. I often double this recipe as it goes really fast. And there is never any left over. It's THAT good! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 packages cream cheese softened
  • 1 package frozen spinach-thawed and drained
  • 1 can artichoke hearts- rinced and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese- grated
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese-shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic-minced

How To Make hot spinach and artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Combine cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, garlic, and grated parmesan cheese in medium sized bowl. Mix until well blended.
  • Step 3
    Fold in spinach and chopped artichokes. Spead into ungreased casserole dish or 9" glass pie plate.
  • Step 4
    Top with shredded parmesan. Bake approx. 25-30 minutes until bubbling and top is lighted browned. Serve Hot!
