Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

This recipe is so simple and very delicious! Serve with toritlla chips or your favorite bread.
I often double this recipe as it goes really fast. And there is never any left over. It's THAT good!

cream cheese softened
1 pkg
frozen spinach-thawed and drained
1 can(s)
artichoke hearts- rinced and finely chopped
1/2 c
1/2 c
sour cream
1/2 c
parmesan cheese- grated
1/4 c
parmesan cheese-shredded
2 clove

How to Make Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip


  • 1Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2Combine cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, garlic, and grated parmesan cheese in medium sized bowl. Mix until well blended.
  • 3Fold in spinach and chopped artichokes.

    Spead into ungreased casserole dish or 9" glass pie plate.
  • 4Top with shredded parmesan.

    Bake approx. 25-30 minutes until bubbling and top is lighted browned.

    Serve Hot!
