This dip reminds me of the holidays. It was a staple appetizer at Thanksgiving and Christmas when I was growing up. It's super flavorful and only has a handful of ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese

How To Make hot parmesan artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    Drain and rinse the artichoke hearts.
  • Step 2
    Mix all ingredients together in a shallow dish. I usually use an 8x8 glass or ceramic baking dish.
  • Step 3
    Note: Try to use a quality parmesan cheese or pecorino romano to get that good salty flavor.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
  • Step 5
    Serve with your favorite crackers.
