1 can(s)artichoke hearts, quartered

1/2 cmayonnaise

1/4 tspgarlic salt

3/4 cparmesan cheese
How to Make Hot Parmesan Artichoke Dip
- Drain and rinse the artichoke hearts.
- Mix all ingredients together in a shallow dish. I usually use an 8x8 glass or ceramic baking dish.
- Note: Try to use a quality parmesan cheese or pecorino romano to get that good salty flavor.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
- Serve with your favorite crackers.
