This dip reminds me of the holidays. It was a staple appetizer at Thanksgiving and Christmas when I was growing up. It's super flavorful and only has a handful of ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts, quartered
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make hot parmesan artichoke dip

Step 1Drain and rinse the artichoke hearts.

Step 2Mix all ingredients together in a shallow dish. I usually use an 8x8 glass or ceramic baking dish.

Step 3Note: Try to use a quality parmesan cheese or pecorino romano to get that good salty flavor.

Step 4Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.

Step 5Serve with your favorite crackers.
