This dip reminds me of the holidays. It was a staple appetizer at Thanksgiving and Christmas when I was growing up. It's super flavorful and only has a handful of ingredients.

mayonnaise
1/4 tsp
garlic salt
3/4 c
parmesan cheese

How to Make Hot Parmesan Artichoke Dip

Step-by-Step

  • 1Drain and rinse the artichoke hearts.
  • 2Mix all ingredients together in a shallow dish. I usually use an 8x8 glass or ceramic baking dish.
  • 3Note: Try to use a quality parmesan cheese or pecorino romano to get that good salty flavor.
  • 4Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
  • 5Serve with your favorite crackers.
