Ingredients
- 3 cups onions, vidalia, peeled, chopped
- 2 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 3 cups swiss cheese, shredded
- - cayenne pepper
How To Make hot onion fromage (hot onion dip)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350-degrees.

Step 2Combine the onion, mayonnaise and Swiss cheese in a medium bowl. Mix well and transfer to a greased 1 quart baking dish.

Step 3Sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Bake, uncovered, for about 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve with a large dipping or other sturdy chips.
