How to Make Hot Onion Fromage (Hot Onion Dip)
- Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
- Combine the onion, mayonnaise and Swiss cheese in a medium bowl. Mix well and transfer to a greased 1 quart baking dish.
- Sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Bake, uncovered, for about 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve with a large dipping or other sturdy chips.
