    onions, vidalia, peeled, chopped
  • 2 1/2 c
  • 3 c
    swiss cheese, shredded
  • ·
    cayenne pepper

How to Make Hot Onion Fromage (Hot Onion Dip)


  1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
  2. Combine the onion, mayonnaise and Swiss cheese in a medium bowl. Mix well and transfer to a greased 1 quart baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Bake, uncovered, for about 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve with a large dipping or other sturdy chips.
