hot artichoke spread
This is another good dip/spread that I like to make and take to pot lucks. I've even been lazy and through it all in a small crock/fondu pot and it turned out great.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups monterey jack cheese with jalapeno peppers ; grated
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 cans (14.oz ea.) artichoke hearts ; drained and chopped
- 4 ounces can chopped green chili's ; drained
- 1 clove garlic ; minced
- 1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
- 3 - green onions ; thinly sliced
How To Make hot artichoke spread

Step 1In a bowl combine the first 7 ingredients.

Step 2Spread into a 1 Qt. baking dish or a 9" pie plate.

Step 3Bake uncovered @ 350° for 20-25 minutes. or until top is lightly browned.

Step 4Sprinkle with tomatoes and onions and serve with crackers and/or pita bread.
