Ingredients
- 2 cans (14 oz) each, artichoke hearts (not marinated)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 bunch fresh dill, chopped (you can use dried dill to taste)
- - black pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
How To Make hot artichoke dip

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Drain artichokes, squeeze dry. Chop small, and place into a mixing bowl.

Step 3Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Transfer to a shallow baking dish, or pie plate. Bake 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve with your favorite crackers.
