(14 oz) each, artichoke hearts (not marinated)
1 small
onion, chopped
1/3 c
grated parmesan cheese
1/4 bunch
fresh dill, chopped (you can use dried dill to taste)
black pepper to taste

How to Make Hot Artichoke Dip


  • 1Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2Drain artichokes, squeeze dry. Chop small, and place into a mixing bowl.
  • 3Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Transfer to a shallow baking dish, or pie plate. Bake 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve with your favorite crackers.
