hot artichoke dip

Delicious!! I never have leftovers with this dip.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (14 oz) each, artichoke hearts (not marinated)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 bunch fresh dill, chopped (you can use dried dill to taste)
  • - black pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise

How To Make hot artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Drain artichokes, squeeze dry. Chop small, and place into a mixing bowl.
  • Step 3
    Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Transfer to a shallow baking dish, or pie plate. Bake 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve with your favorite crackers.
