Ingredients
- 3 medium potato
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon red chilly sauce
- 1/3 teaspoon dark soya sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon onion chopped
- 1/3 teaspoon white pepper powder
- 1/3 tablespoon salt
- 1/3 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons green scallions
- 100 g cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup corn flour
How To Make honey chilli potato recipe

Step 1Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into finger size pieces. Keep the fingers little thicker.

Step 2Apply salt and corn flour to coat them evenly from all sides. Keep to set for two minutes.

Step 3After that fry them till crisp golden. Remove on a absorbent paper to absorb any excess oil.

Step 4Heat 1/2 teaspoon oil and fry ginger, garlic and onion till light brown.

Step 5Add red chilly sauce, dark soya sauce, tomato sauce.

Step 6Pour little water and simmer the sauce for one minute.

Step 7Add salt , white pepper powder and small pinch of sugar.

Step 8Pour the honey into the sauce and mix nicely.

Step 9Fry the potato fingers once again in high flame and then add into the sauce

Step 10Mix them nicely so that the sauce coat them evenly.

Step 11Sprinkle some chopped green scallions and white sesame seeds.
