Healthy Buffalo Bean Dip

We all love Buffalo chicken dip! This is a lighter healthier version using beans. I promise all the flavors of Your favorite app are still there, just cut down on calories and fat. Sure to be a hit at your next get together! Pic from Randall beans.

Ingredients

  •   1 stalk(s)
    celery chopped
  •   2-3 Tbsp
    chopped red onion
  •   1/2 c
    franks hot sauce (or more ;))
  •   1 Tbsp
    blue cheese or ranch dressing
  •   2 c
    favorite white beans
  •  
    assorted fresh veggies

How To Make

  • 1
    Combine first five ingredients in processor or blender. Blend till desired consistency. Top with crumbles of blue cheese. Serve with fresh veggies for dipping.
