We all love Buffalo chicken dip! This is a lighter healthier version using beans. I promise all the flavors of Your favorite app are still there, just cut down on calories and fat. Sure to be a hit at your next get together! Pic from Randall beans.

Ingredients

  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • 2-3 tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup franks hot sauce (or more ;))
  • 1 tablespoon blue cheese or ranch dressing
  • 2 cups favorite white beans
  • - assorted fresh veggies

How To Make healthy buffalo bean dip

  • Step 1
    Combine first five ingredients in processor or blender. Blend till desired consistency. Top with crumbles of blue cheese. Serve with fresh veggies for dipping.
