We all love Buffalo chicken dip! This is a lighter healthier version using beans.
I promise all the flavors of Your favorite app are still there, just cut down on calories and fat. Sure to be a hit at your next get together!

Ingredients

1 stalk(s)
celery chopped
2-3 Tbsp
chopped red onion
1/2 c
franks hot sauce (or more ;))
1 Tbsp
blue cheese or ranch dressing
2 c
favorite white beans
assorted fresh veggies

Step-By-Step

1Combine first five ingredients in processor or blender. Blend till desired consistency.
Top with crumbles of blue cheese.

Serve with fresh veggies for dipping.
