1 Tbspcrunchy peanut butter
1 Tbspcelery, chopped
2 Tbspcheese, grated
2 slicewhole wheat bread

- Butter the 2 slices of bread.
- Place a slice of bread (buttered side down) onto a sandwich maker and spread bread with peanut butter.
- Sprinkle celery and cheese over peanut butter.
- Top with a slice of bread (buttered side up).
- Lower lid, latch and toast for 2-3 minutes or until done.
