Ingredients
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dill, dried
- 1 medium cucumber ( chopped)
- 1 package steak um's (7 steaks pack) (cooked and chopped)
- 1 box cherry tomatoes (sliced)
- 1 small red onion (chopped)
- 1 can black olives (sliced)
- 1 cup feta cheese
How To Make gyro dip

Step 1Mix together sour cream and mayo. Spread on a platter or place in a 9 x 13 dish.

Step 2Top with dill, feta and cucumber. Place steak um on and then red onion cherry tomatoes and black olives.

Step 3Chill for at least and hour. Serve with Pita Chips

Step 4I make my pita chips by cutting them into strips about 5 strips per bread. Then cut the strips into about a 1 to 1/2 " piece. I then fry them in oil. First batch takes a little longer while the other batches tend to cook much quicker. Place in a bowl with paper towel. Sprinkle each batch wth dill, Parmesan cheese and garlic salt.
