Ingredients
- 4 - ripe haas avocados
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 lemon)
- 4 dashes hot pepper sauce
- 1 large clove of garlic, diced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and small diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced small
How To Make guacamole dip

Step 1Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits and then scoop the flesh out of the shells into a large bowl. Immediately add the lemon juice, pepper sauce, onion, garlic, salt and pepper and toss well.

Step 2Using a sharp knife, slice through the avocados in the bowl until they are finely diced. Add the tomatoes.

Step 3Mix well and taste for salt and pepper.
