Ingredients

ripe haas avocados
3 Tbsp
freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 lemon)
4 dash(es)
hot pepper sauce
1 large
clove of garlic, diced
1 tsp
kosher salt
1 tsp
freshly ground black pepper
1 medium
tomato, seeded and small diced
1/2 c
red onion, diced small

How to Make Guacamole Dip

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits and then scoop the flesh out of the shells into a large bowl. Immediately add the lemon juice, pepper sauce, onion, garlic, salt and pepper and toss well.
  • 2Using a sharp knife, slice through the avocados in the bowl until they are finely diced. Add the tomatoes.
  • 3Mix well and taste for salt and pepper.
