Ingredients

  • 4 - ripe haas avocados
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 lemon)
  • 4 dashes hot pepper sauce
  • 1 large clove of garlic, diced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and small diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced small

How To Make guacamole dip

  • Step 1
    Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits and then scoop the flesh out of the shells into a large bowl. Immediately add the lemon juice, pepper sauce, onion, garlic, salt and pepper and toss well.
  • Step 2
    Using a sharp knife, slice through the avocados in the bowl until they are finely diced. Add the tomatoes.
  • Step 3
    Mix well and taste for salt and pepper.
