grilled stuffed jalapenos

This is by no means my special recipe, but it is one of my favorite grilling recipes. This photo was taken before the peppers were ready to take off the grill, but you get the idea. You can make enough for a crowd, or just enough for two. Unfortunately, even though I usually cook about a dozen, hardly anyone else gets any. Little, by little, I make my way back to the kitchen for "just one more". They are very addictive if you enjoy hot food. Jalapenos are good for your heart, minus the creme cheese & bacon!

How To Make grilled stuffed jalapenos

  • Step 1
Cut off tops of jalapenos, remove seeds, stuff with creme cheese.
  • Step 2
Wrap bacon around pepper starting over the top. Secure with toothpick or place on skewers. It's easier to handle when they are placed on skewers.
  • Step 3
    Grill until bacon is cooked.
