I just won a cooking contest with this recipe. It was sponsored by our local radio station. I had found it in my mother-in-law's recipe file when she passed away. I entered it as a Green and Gold Potted Packer Pepper Dip. This sweet, sour, creamy, crunchy dip is like a Packer party in your mouth. Any color bell pepper will work.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This simple dip will be a party pleaser during football season. The combination of butter, vinegar, and sugar creates a sweet and tangy base. Mixed into rich cream cheese, it creates a wonderful party dip. Chopped bell peppers add fresh flavor, a crunchy texture, and pops of flavor. Serve with crackers, chips, or veggies.
