I just won a cooking contest with this recipe. It was sponsored by our local radio station. I had found it in my M-in-L's recipe file when she passed away. I entered it as a Green and Gold Potted Packer Pepper Dip. This sweet, sour, creamy, crunchy dip is like a Packer Party in your mouth. Any color bell pepper will work.

1/2 large
green bell pepper, chopped (save the rest for garnish)
1/2 large
yellow bell pepper, chopped (save the rest for garnish)

Step-by-Step

  • 1Bring Butter, vinegar and sugar to a boil in a small sauce pan.
  • 2Beat into cream cheese.
  • 3Fold in chopped pepper. Garnish with more chopped pepper if desired.
