This is a very easy dip to put together!
THE VEGGIES ARE IN THE DIP!!!
It's very flavorful, and a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped small
  • 1 c
    roma tomatoes, seeded, and chopped small
  • 1
    large garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 c
    fresh chives, chopped
  • 1
    jalapeno pepper, seeded, and chopped fine (optional, for some heat)

How to Make Great Garden Veggie Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, and mix well.
  3. Chill and serve! Great with Pita Chips, or Bagel Chips.
