  • 3 c
    thinly sliced zucchini
  • 1 c
    bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • ·
    pepper to taste
  • 1 clove
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 4
    eggs slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs

How to Make Grandma Ferrante's Zucchini Appetizers


  1. Mix all ingredients together. Spread in a 13x9x2 baking dish that has been oiled and dusted with bread crumbs.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool slightly and cut into squares.
