Ingredients

  • 2 cans 4-oz cans button mushrooms
  • 1 can 14-oz can artichoke hearts packed in water
  • 1 jar small jar pimento stuffed olives
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup vinegar (white or apple cider)
  • 2 tablespoons dry onion flakes
  • 3 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon msg (optional)

How To Make go-to marinated appetizer

  • Step 1
    Drain veggies and olives and cut artichokes in half.
  • Step 2
    Mix dressing ingredients and pour over veggies. Cover and chill at least 4 hours.
  • Step 3
    Drain before serving. Serve with toothpicks.
