This recipe is light, fresh, and ideal for a crowd, because it is easy to double or halve. I have tweaked the ingredients at times -colored peppers, hot peppers,lime juice - to add color and zip. Make it your own by doing the same. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 - tomatoes, chopped fine
- 1/2 - green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
- 1 can black olives, drained well and chopped fine
- 1 jar green olives, drained and chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine or balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup taco sause
- 6 dashes tabasco sauce
- 1 can green chiles, drained
- dash garlic salt
How To Make gazpacho dip

Step 1Finely chop all ingredients. Add seasoning and mix well. Adjust ingredients and flavoring to taste. Chill.

Step 2Serve with Scoops or tortilla chips, with sour cream on the side.
