Ingredients
- - 2 dozen large mushrooms
- - 1/2 cup butter, melted
- - 2 garlic cloves, minced
- - 2 shallots, minced
- - 1/2 cup minced parsley
- - juice of 1/2 lemon
- - 1/2 tsp. salt
- - 1/4 tsp. black pepper
How To Make garlic butter mushrooms

Step 1Preheat oven to 400. Clean mushrooms, removing stems.

Step 2In blender or food processor, mix the butter, garlic, shallots, and parsley. Blend.

Step 3Add lemon juice, salt and pepper and blend briefly again. Put the mushrooms cap side up in a shallow baking dish. Fill each mushroom with a dollop of garlic butter mixture, about 1/2 to 1 tsp. each.

Step 4Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
