Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • pinch salt
  • 2 cups sliced dill pickles, drained

How To Make fried pickles

  • Step 1
    Heat 1 inch of oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Whisk flour, seasoning salt, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 cup water in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Spread pickles on a towel to dry.
  • Step 3
    Batter the pickles and fry until golden brown.
